Welcome to QuickSoko, an online multi-vendor marketplace operated by Free Adverts East Africa. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of QuickSoko’s platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Definitions

  • "QuickSoko" refers to the online multi-vendor marketplace operated by Free Adverts East Africa.
  • "User" refers to any individual or business registering or transacting on QuickSoko.
  • "Vendor" refers to businesses, entrepreneurs, and retailers selling on QuickSoko.
  • "Buyer" refers to customers purchasing products from vendors on QuickSoko.

3. Account Registration & User Responsibilities

  • Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
  • QuickSoko reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating our policies.

4. Vendor Policies & Store Management

  • Vendors must comply with local laws, ethical business practices, and platform guidelines.
  • Products listed must be legal, authentic, and must not infringe on copyrights or trademarks.
  • QuickSoko reserves the right to remove stores or products that violate policies.

5. Payments & Fees

  • QuickSoko charges a platform fee based on selected vendor plans.
  • Payments are securely processed through approved payment methods.
  • Vendors must ensure timely fulfillment of orders to receive payments.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on QuickSoko’s refund policy.

6. Referral Program

  • Users can earn a 10% commission for every vendor they refer to QuickSoko.
  • Commissions are based on the vendor plan selected, not their sales.
  • Minimum payout threshold: Ksh. 1,000.
  • QuickSoko reserves the right to verify referrals before payout processing.

7. Order Fulfillment & Deliveries

  • Vendors are responsible for timely shipping and delivery of orders.
  • Buyers must confirm order receipt before payments are released to vendors.
  • QuickSoko may mediate disputes but is not liable for delivery failures.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • QuickSoko encourages dispute resolution between buyers and vendors.
  • If disputes cannot be resolved, legal proceedings will be governed by Kenyan law.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

  • QuickSoko, including its name, branding, and content, is owned by Free Adverts East Africa.
  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of platform content is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • QuickSoko is not liable for vendor misrepresentation, product quality, or third-party actions.
  • Users assume full responsibility for all transactions conducted on the platform.

11. Modifications to Terms

  • QuickSoko reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  • Users will be notified of changes via email or platform announcements.
